Within this site you’ll see samples of my professional creative work as an Illustrator, Graphic Artist, Hand Letterer and Surface Pattern Designer along with a sneak peek into my processes.
I have many titles, but my full time career is working in house as a senior graphic artist and surface pattern designer specializing in new product development. I have over 9 years experience in full cycle development of foil balloons for Betallic and specialty gift box products for their subsidiary, BoxCo Industries.
Starting with trend research and generating new balloon shape concepts to thoughtfully executing initial designs, I help steer the creative team to build entire seasonal line collections. With my expertise in the meticulous process of creating press ready production files, I oversee the team’s file preparation to own the final output of expertly crafted balloons.
I am also a creative entrepreneur. I am the founder and creative director of my very own greeting card and sticker business, Fox Card Co. I’ve designed over 300 greeting cards and have become a top 1% shop on Etsy with over 18,000 sales. Through my wholesale shop on Faire, I’ve gained over 40 retail shop partners.
Fox Card Co is sold in bookstores, boutiques and gift shops such as the Phipps Conservatory gift shop in Pittsburgh, PA and The Gift Shop at Stanford University Hospital.
I’m a self taught e-commerce site creator and manager for all three of the Fox Card Co. online storefronts on Etsy, Faire and Shopify.
I’m also a freelance illustrator and graphic artist. I’ve created logo suites and brand guides for small business as well as illustrated all the artwork and page layout design for three children’s books:
Lastly, I’m also a part time yoga teacher and an improv comedy performer in Denver, CO where I’ve lived since 2022. My husband Jim and I love the Colorado vibe, the mountain air and the seemingly endless sunshine here. We have a sweet and sassy dog named Althea who joined our family one fateful morning when I was on my way to DSW to return some shoes… but that’s a story for another page!
